GIVING OPPORTUNITIES is governed by a Board of Directors, which is responsible for the charity's overall governance, strategic direction and for the effective delivery of its charitable objectives. The Board consists of Directors, a secretary and led by the Chair.

Chair
Paul grew up in Guernsey and has spent 35 years working in financial services on island and in London & Dublin. He is an experienced company director and has been involved with a number of third sector organisations over the last 25 years, the majority of which have focused on providing access and opportunity to everyone in the community.
