Day 5 of our 2024 year in review. Guernsey celebrated Liberation Day on the 9th of May. Union Jacks and Guernsey flags were abundant as we celebrated 79 years of our island being liberated from the German occupation.
We also prepared for the coming summer months by stocking up on large umbrellas to keep you in the much-needed shade on hot summer days!
