As we look back on the past year, we’re filled with pride at what our training programme has achieved. The progress captured above represents real people, real journeys, and real change happening within our community. Every trainee who joined us brought their own story, strengths, and hopes for the future. Seeing those hopes turn into genuine opportunities has been incredibly inspiring.

In 2025, our trainees developed new skills, built confidence, and took meaningful steps towards independence. Watching individuals grow over their time with us, learning at their own pace, discovering what they’re capable of, and preparing for employment has been one of our greatest achievements. These aren’t just numbers or outcomes, they’re life‑changing moments that remind us why we do this work.

We’re immensely proud of every person who has been part of the programme, and grateful to everyone who supports us. Whether through donations, volunteering, or simply spreading the word, our community has played a vital role in making this possible.

But we’re not stopping here.

2026 is a new chapter and we’re ready to do much, much more.More opportunities, more training, more personalised support, and more pathways into work. We’ve seen the impact this programme can have, and we’re committed to expanding it so even more people can benefit.
